Returns and Exchanges

Here at Girls With Gems, we want you to be happy with your purchases. We will happily accommodate the following return options within 7 days of order placement.  All returns will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please read carefully before placing your order.

All full priced items(purchased with any other payment merchant apart from Afterpay and Zippay, see below) can be returned to us for either a refund, credit note or exchange if the garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. Sale itemsare not eligible for return or exchange, see below.

Full priced items which have been exchanged in size or style can only receive a credit note not a refund.

Items which are purchased with AFTERPAY or ZIPPAY are NOT eligible for a refund. Instead all full prices items purchased with AFTERPAY or ZIPPAY are eligible for credit note or exchange if the garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. 

Orders which are purchased with ANY promotional code are NOT eligible for refund, rather you are eligible for a store credit or exchange. if you are unsure what is included within the term 'promotional code' please reach out to us before you purchase. 

We cannot accept returns or exchange of sale items, swimwear, intimates and jewellery. All sale itemsare FINAL.

All pre-order items can be returned for a store credit ONLY and not a refund. 

Please see 'how do i make a return?' for steps on how to return your item.

1. Read our Returns Policy to make sure your return is eligible.

2. Contact us at sales@girlswithgems.com to let us know what you would like to return, why and if you would like a credit note, exchange or refund (if eligible). Please include your full name and order number.

3. Our Online team will be in touch within 24 hours and will provide an RA number.

4. Once you have a RA number fill out your returns form. Please note that if the returns form is not correctly filled out, your return can take longer to be processed.

5. Ensure the garment is in original condition, unworn with tags attached

6. Package up your item securely and send back within 7 days of dispatch using registered or express post. International orders needs to be returned to within 14 days of dispatch. Items are to be sent back to Girls With Gems at the cost of the customer. Girls with Gems reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have More to Pay stamped on them.ide the answer to the question here.

Please include your full name, shipping address and contact number. Notify us by e-mail once you have sent the item and provide us with the tracking number.

If you believe your item is faulty, please email our online team at sales@girlswithgems.com. Be sure to include your full name, order number and images of the fault. We will be in contact with the manufactuer and try to work out the best solution. Please give us 2-5 days to converse with the brand directly.

Refunds are only issued if we deem the product faulty, this includes the cost of shipping.

Your refund will take up to 5 days from receiving  the return to be processed.

We do not currently offer returns on sale items. This means sale items cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned for a credit note.

Sale items are FINAL sale.

Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels.

All returns need to be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery. Meaning 7 days from the day that you the tracking shows the item was delivered to you.

We do not currently offer free returns

At our Double Bay boutique located at 5 Transvaal Avenue, we offer returns within 7 days of purchase all full price items. You are eligible for a 12 month credit or exchange.

We do not accept refunds in-store.

Sale items cannot be returned for a credit, exchange or refund. Sale items are FINAL.

At the time of placing your pre-order, you will be required to pay the full amount. No promotional codes or subscription codes can be used on pre order items.

If you would like to cancel a pre-order you will be eligible for a credit NOT rather than a refund.

You are welcome to return a pre-order item and you will be eligible for a credit note rather than a refund. 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information and you will continue to receive updates regarding your parcel.

Click & Collect

Yes! We offer pick up from our Double Bay boutique which is located at 5 Transvaal Avenue, Double Bay.

You will be sent an email or text message from our Customer Service Team when your order is ready to collect.

If you require your click and collect urgently please phone our boutique on 0413 488 823 so that we can arrange to pack your order and have it ready promptly.

Orders made before 11am, Monday to Friday will be packed on the same day and be available for pick up.

You will need to wait for confirmation via email or text to ensure your order is packed as some items need to come from our warehouse.

Please note that some sale and clearance items will take longer to locate and therefore will not be ready same day.
