Our online team is super speedy so once your order has been processed there is a chance that your order will be shipped out very shortly after. Sometimes we can't stop your order from going out so please email us to cancel your order as soon as possible.

If we cannot stop your order from going out, you will need to return the order at your own expense.

With full price items we dispatch same day or next day.

Sale items come from our warehouse and can take between 3-5 days to dispatch.

All new arrivals are available to shop in our boutique at 5 Transvaal Avenue, Double Bay.

If you would like to try on any sale items, please phone us before hand so that we can ensure that they are transferred from our warehouse for you to try on and buy.

We offer two Private Styling Experiences at Girls With Gems.

1. Private Styling (In-Store)
Bring your Mum, friends or come solo, and enjoy complimentary coffee or champagne while one of our senior team members styles you from head to toe. Whether you’re in need of a wardrobe refresh, styling for an upcoming event or holiday, we’re here to make sure you leave looking and feeling incredible.

2. Private Styling (Virtual)
We are now offering virtual styling sessions via Zoom or Facetime. Take us for a walk through your wardrobe, let us know what you’re having difficulty with and where you need our help, and we will offer our expert advice and styling tips and hand pick pieces to suit your lifestyle or occasion.

If you were unable to find your size for a particular item and would like to be notified when it becomes available again, it's simple! Select your desired size on the product page and enter your email in the "notify me" section. Once we restock, we'll send you an email to let you know.

Since we ship from Australia, international customers are responsible for customs and duties within their own country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

If any applicable customs or duty fees are not paid, the order will be returned to our warehouse and refunded to your original payment method. However, the refund will be reduced by the return fee and send out fee. Please note that any customs charges paid to receive your order are non-refundable upon return.
