EU Returns & Right of Withdrawal

This policy applies to customers in the European Union.

If you're in the EU, you can withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

To start, use our Withdrawal Portal HERE - you'll need your order number and checkout email. You can withdraw all or part of an order.

Once confirmed, send the items back within 14 days. We'll refund within 14 days of receiving them, including the standard outbound shipping you paid. Return postage is at your cost.

Not eligible: personalised or made-to-order items, opened sealed-hygiene goods (underwear, swimwear, pierced earrings, cosmetics), perishables, and unsealed digital content.
